Shevlin Park and Aspen Hall
Shevlin Park and Aspen Hall are right across from each other. Shevlin Park is where most of the trails are. This park may look small but there are lot of trails that people never knew about even if they have been going to the park for years. There is no one trail head where all the trails start they are all over the park, with different ways to get to them.

The Tumalo Creek trail ends up on the roadway. Its not too long before you can get back on trail here and walk across the bridge to Larch Grove, besides a trail to the left that goes behind the cover bridge there is a hidden one straight head that takes you on the Shevlin Park Loop Trail high above you. You have to go right, if you go left its just a longer trail to the covered bridge.

| There are many hiking options the further you go into the park. You can even hike to Tumalo Falls if your willing to go 13 miles. |
Description of the Tumalo Creek Trail, if you just want to check out the river and go for a dip take the service road instead. I think recording videos of trails like this is one of the best reason of previewing a trail first before going on it.

Video starts from Fremont Meadow going up to the service road but taking the difficult Tumalo Creek Trail.
Aspen Hall is mostly for fishing, ice skating and the hall for weddings and other functions, but it does have a trail behind the hall. If your on the Shevlin Park side its safer and more scenic hike to go to the trail that goes under the highway bridge instead of running across the road.
